Blue Sky Supplies offers FREE returns (with a full refund) on new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must fill out and submit the electronic form below to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once the request for return or exchange has been received by Blue Sky Supplies, and compliance to this Return Policy is determined, an RMA number will be issued and Blue Sky Supplies will facilitate and advise on how to complete returning the product.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

• Opened or used
• Hygienic items
• Missing their serial number or UPC
• Special orders (returned at our discretion)
• Returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Returned without notification

Please be reminded, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds are issued immediately on our end however keep in mind that it might take your bank up to 10 business days to process the credit into your account.
